![]() ![]() This research is based both on quantitative and qualitative variables for which I used some documents, which are part of the heritage of the Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşivi (The Ottoman Archives of the Prime Minister’s Office) fund Sâdaret Mektûbî Kalemi Nezaret ve Devair Evrakı (A.MKT.NZD.), that provides information about Crimean refugees and their settlement in Dobruja. Also, I gave an outlook on history, sociolinguistic, educational and cultural aspects of the Crimean Tatar minority, and Romanian state policies regarding the protection of minorities. The body of the paper provides few aspects about: their social history, process of romanianization and assimilation. The methodology used is content analysis of secondary data in the form of government and industry surveys and reports and media articles on the expected and projected short and long-term impacts of Brexit. The paper outlines and analyses some of the major impacts expected from the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union on the British inbound, outbound and domestic tourism. Brexit is a source of much concern and anxiety for British government, industry and tourists alike. The paper examines current debates on the impacts of Brexit on tourism in Britain. Based on these observations, the paper analyzes the evolution of tertiary education in Romania, at the regional level in the period 2003-2013 and the ways that it is influenced by the evolution of gross domestic product in developing regions in Romania. On the other hand, the economic crisis has had a strong impact on this indicator. In 2002, the rate of persons who leave early systems of education and vocational training between the ages of 18 and 24 recorded in 2002 a level of 23%. Though still before 1990, Romania has granted very high attention to this area, unfortunately, next years have marked a series of regressions which led to alarming increases in dropout rates. ![]() Abstract: Education, alongside of employment, research and innovation, climate change and energy, and combating poverty are the fundamental directions of action within the framework of the Europe 2020 strategy.
